I am a writer, cultural manager, and communications professional who lives and works on the ancient and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

I have over a decade of experience in the non-profit and arts-related sectors in leadership, change management, project management, organizational development, and fundraising roles.

I have served as Executive Director for the BC and Yukon Book Prizes, Director of Communications for the National Network of Legal Clinics for the Arts, and I am the founder and Board Chair for the registered non-profit, Real Vancouver Writers’ Series.

I also served as General Manager for the Storm Crow Alliance during its formative years.

Recently, I have helped to raise more than $500,000 in funding for arts and art-related organizations by exploring a combination of public and private funding channels. I have increased funding for local, provincial/territorial, and national projects that have impacted thousands of individuals.

Though much of my work focuses on designing and implementing traditional and web-based communications strategies for cultural organizations transitioning to the digital space, I have lots of experience buidling and managing successful teams.
