note regarding the nature of personal websites

Look, it’s not great that the internet even exists but it does and so here we are just doing our best. We buy so many domains and then spill words and color like it might mean something. Like it might make a difference.

And maybe it will. It’s hard to know for sure. But I think that I speak for almost everyone when I say ‘sorry about the last version of my personal website.’

We’re all glad that it’s gone.

I hear what you’re saying and you’re right. Sorcery isn’t for everyone. The uniform can be difficult to acquire. The leather slippers and the sacrificial elk skin pouches aren’t available everywhere. Magic hats are easier to find but tricky to pull off. Some say that enchanted walking sticks and fancy robes are either the threads of civility or a mark of the infirm. Nothing to be done about the purveyors of gossip and their transparent shade. The true servant of cosmic energies will always find a way.
