Storm Crow Tavern, Sunday Playlist. September 16, 2012

Tonight at the Storm Crow Tavern we start a kind of experiment with music and movies.

In an effort to create an interesting ambience in the restaurant on Sunday evenings we’re going to build music and video playlists, publish them on this blog, and then share them across the social media channels.

Hello, Dave.

We hope that this will in some ways engage and inspire our friends and customers to come down to the restaurant and spend some time with us as the gentle juxtapositions of the sound and video create an interesting environment for food, drinks and conversation.

The way that this works is I create a long playlist using the pay-music streaming site, RDIO, and then post the playlist here.

Then I write a little post like this and in that very same post I include some short youtube videos from the films that we’ll be sharing, as well.

And then we unleash these two forces of mastery upon the restaurant all night. Great music, great visuals, great people.
